Adidas has a strong focus and emphasis on the employees and job satisfaction. The company cares about its employees and tries to take job satisfaction and job involvement to increase a commitment to the organization. Adidas brings all these factors together to form one unified team and produce the best business results. Many employees seem to be pleased with this business model and employee strategy. From an employee review site, 577 reviews have given the company an overall score of 3.8 out of 5. Many employees state that there is a great work to life balance and that Adidas maintains an excellent business environment to work in.
