Many employees state that there is a great work to life balance and that Adidas maintains an excellent business environment to work in. CEO Herbert Hainer is known to be a very personable and sociable guy that many employees and clients can look up too. These traits have lead to the business success of Adidas. One problem that Adidas is going to have to face in the near future is the stepping down of Hainer. It may be difficult to find someone as proactive and influential as Hainer. Hopefully the new CEO Kasper Rorsted can maintain Adidas’s success and continue using successful business personality traits.
